We're a software company that also takes on client work. Not the other way around. That order is deliberate.

Owning a product changes how you build

When you run the software yourself, you live with every decision. A slow page is your slow page. A confusing screen turns into your support email. There's no hand-off at the end of a contract.

That habit carries into client work. We build things we'd be willing to run ourselves, because we already do.

Two products, two very different markets

NxtSale is for live sellers on Whatnot, eBay Live and TikTok. It tracks profit while the show is still on, texts the seller when a top buyer wins, and keeps an eye on competing shows. It has to work in real time, every time.

JustBuildt is for local businesses. It builds a full website with service and location pages from a Google listing, so a plumber or roofer can show up when people search nearby.

One is real-time data. The other is AI-generated content and search. Running both keeps our team sharp across very different kinds of problems.

What it means for clients

• We've made the mistakes already. On our own time and our own money.
• We think past launch. Hosting, monitoring, support and the next version are part of the plan from the first day.
• We tell you when not to build. We know what it costs to keep software alive, so we won't sell you more than you need.
